Using Advance2Play
These terms cover the use of our Australian cricket education website, accounts, digital programs, lessons, training plans and resources. The business identified on this page operates Advance2Play. Read the relevant product description and any specific conditions shown before purchasing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
By using the site or purchasing through it, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you do not agree, do not proceed with that activity. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts and young players
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and use only an account you are authorised to access. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account; this does not make you responsible for failures attributable to us.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must approve your use of paid services and manage purchases and coaching arrangements. A person purchasing on behalf of a club, school or another organisation must have authority to do so.
Programs and digital resources
Product pages describe the included content, format, price and any access period or download conditions. Access is provided after a successful payment or an applicable free claim or manual grant. An unfinished checkout does not grant paid access.
Unless the product states otherwise, content is licensed to the purchasing user for personal learning. Coaches may apply what they learn in their coaching practice, but may not redistribute protected files, share account access, resell content or present our materials as their own. Separate club or group use requires an agreed licence.
Check that your device, browser and internet connection can use the advertised format. We will help with genuine access problems. Access limits stated at purchase apply; we will not retrospectively shorten an agreed access period without a lawful basis and appropriate remedy.
Prices and payments
The product and checkout screens show the price and currency before payment. Australian dollar prices are identified as AUD. Any applicable taxes or additional charges must be disclosed before you confirm a purchase. We do not impose an undisclosed recurring subscription through a one-off purchase.
Online payments are processed through Stripe. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. If a payment or listing error occurs, we will contact you to resolve it; a material change requires your agreement or an appropriate cancellation and refund.
Refunds and consumer guarantees
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain available. Depending on the circumstances, a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can entitle you to a remedy, including correction, replacement, a refund or cancellation and compensation. Services must meet the applicable guarantees, including due care and skill.
Downloading a resource or starting a lesson does not remove those rights. For a problem, contact us with your order reference and a description so we can assess and resolve it. Do not send full card details.
For a change of mind, we will consider your request and any additional refund promise made on the product page or at purchase. We do not promise a general change-of-mind refund unless one was offered. No product policy overrides a remedy required by law.
Coaching enquiries
Submitting an enquiry is a request to discuss coaching, not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of availability. Format, suitability, location, fees, timing and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be agreed before a session is confirmed. Any separate coaching agreement must also preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Physical activity and safety
Our materials provide general cricket education, not individual medical advice or a guarantee of selection, results or improvement. Choose exercises suited to your experience and circumstances, use appropriate equipment and supervision, and stop if you experience pain or feel unwell. Seek qualified medical advice where appropriate, particularly before activity affected by an injury or health condition.
Parents, guardians and coaches should provide suitable supervision for young players. Nothing here waives responsibility for our negligence or excludes a consumer guarantee where the law does not permit that exclusion.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not misuse accounts, bypass access restrictions, upload harmful material, interfere with the site or infringe another person's rights. Do not share another person's personal information without authority. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach or protect the service, and will explain the reason and offer an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Any restriction remains subject to your statutory rights.
Availability and third-party services
The site may need maintenance and relies on services such as payment processing and hosted video. We will take reasonable steps to resolve interruptions affecting purchased access. Third-party websites and services have their own terms. This does not exclude our obligations for the products and services we supply.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for our services as required by Australian law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a non-excludable guarantee, right, liability or remedy. We do not guarantee individual sporting outcomes because they depend on many personal and external factors.
Contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it fairly. These terms are governed by Australian law and, where specified on this page, the laws of that state or territory. This does not prevent you from using a court, tribunal or regulator available to you under applicable law.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The displayed date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated and handled consistently with your rights; posting revised terms does not itself remove an existing entitlement.
